BUH Foundation is grateful to Fisher’s Drug Store for their continued sponsorship support for the Festival of Trees Breakfast and Pictures with Santa taking place on Sunday December 4 starting at 9:00am.  Pictured here is Co-owners & Managers Darren Erbach and Diane Grondin presenting a cheque for $1,500 to Claudette McGuire, BUH Foundation’s Executive Director.

Fisher’s Drug Store was established in The Battlefords at the start of the century and remains a well-known and respected business throughout The Battlefords and surrounding area.  They have been a sponsor of BUH Foundation’s Festival of Trees since it started in 1996.

BUH Foundation’s Festival of Trees is taking place at the Dekker Centre for the Performing Arts starting Friday Dec 2 with the opening night “Let’s Get Lit” where guests will enjoy complimentary appetizers, sip on a beverage and sit and watch the 20ft tree “get lit up”!  Breakfast and Pictures with Santa on the Sunday is a fun time as children eat pancakes and ice cream before having their picture taken with Santa.  Danica Lorer will entertain the children with face painting and the “Stories and Songs for a Sparkling Season” show.  Doors open at 9:00am and admission is $2/person or child.   Breakfast is available for the first 500 people. Pictures with Santa are from 9:30am to 1:30pm and Danica’s face painting and performance starts at 9:15am until 11:15am.
