E-Hugs

Electronic Hugs, or E-Hugs, are a wonderful way to stay in touch with a loved one while he/she is in the hospital. You can send a get well wish or just let them know that you are thinking of them. Either way, your message will brighten their day.

To use this service simply fill out the form below and then click on the Submit button.

  • E-mail will be checked on regular business days. We will treat your message confidentially. It will then be delivered to the patients room later that day. E-mail will be deleted once printed. Any e-mail that is received after 10:00 am will be delivered the next business day.
  • Please note: BUH Foundation office is closed over the stat holidays, (Easter Monday and Boxing Day included and will be closed for an extended period during the Christmas season.  E-hugs will not be delivered at this time.) Messages received after the intended recipient has been discharged will not be delivered.

Please note that this system is set up only to receive e-mail. We cannot send outgoing replies or confirm that a patient is registered.
