 Digital Events Coordinator

Battlefords Union Hospital Foundation is currently seeking a full-time Digital Events Coordinator. The successful applicant will manage the execution of our Digital Transformation as well assist the Executive Director and team with the execution of fundraising events, donor impact and various forms of project assistance.

Roles & Responsibility:

To coordinate and execute the strategy of our Digital Transformation

Develop engaging content and assist in the creation of posts, video and photo content
Attend and assist with events and produce live social media content
Maintain a unified brand voice across all digital platforms
Interact with social media users and respond to messages and inquires
Monitor donor engagement through on-line platforms such as Google Analytics and AdWords
Video Development

To provide support to the Executive Director:

Manage scheduling of volunteers
Assist in planning and implementing of events
Assist in the development of new processes and programs
Develop monthly report on all social media platforms, data trends including the digital landscape
Provide ongoing support and analytics. This includes keeping organized records of marketing metrics
Assist with our Donor Giving Experience program
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of all in-person, virtual and hybrid events
Prepare and monitor surveys using Survey Monkey and prepare reports
Execute on post event planning: such as post event surveys, volunteer follow-up and reporting
Create Media Releases for all communication platforms

Provide Team Support:

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: mailings, document scanning, data entry, excel spreadsheets and various forms of project assistance
Manage the organization and delivery of event supplies in our storeroom
Assist in handling donor requests whether through in-person, phone or on-line

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills including proper phone etiquette
Highly organized & exceptional customer service
Physically able to handle long event days and lift up to 40 lbs. at a time
Basic graphic design skills for use in Social Media, email marketing & website
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Experience working a donor database (preferred @Ease)
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work effectively with other team members
Experience with Photography and Video Editing is preferred
Proven ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

This position is directly connected to community needs which will sometimes require weeknight and weekend hours.
