| Sometimes the smallest actions can create a huge difference in your day. Recently I had a medical issue that required a swift response to aid in my health care. The staff at the Battlefords Union Hospital realized the importance of treating me as a person first and a patient second. The professionalism and efficiency the health care team displayed provided me with confidence and the strength needed to deal successfully with my health. I would like to thank all staff at the Battlefords Union Hospital, especially the Emergency Department, and give everyone a big “thumbs up” and I hope you realize the importance you play every day in the lives of people that enter your hospital. |
