OFFICE UPDATES FOR BUH FOUNDATION OFFICE

Battlefords Union Hospital (BUH) Foundation is pleased to announce completion of its office upgrades and is happy to be back in its newly renovated space at BUH.

We extend our sincere gratitude for Prairie North Health Region's (PNHR) and BUH's involvement with the Foundation's office improvements, said Cheryl Gantefoer, BUH Foundation Board of Directors Chair.  With their assistance, the Foundation office has evolved into a professional, welcoming space for our staff and patrons.  We have already received numerous compliments about the improvements from our volunteers and the general public, Gantefoer added.

BUH Foundation, PNHR and BUH have developed a collaborative relationship in building the linkages that strengthen our ability to provide excellent services to our communities.  Once again this good working relationship and sharing of information and resources has enhanced the Foundations image in the community, Gantefoer stated.

PNHR and BUH were pleased to support BUH Foundation through this initiative, said David Fan, CEO of PNHR.  The departments and staff involved with the upgrades ensured the transition was timely and well organized, and ensured a positive experience for all.

BUHF Executive Director Claudette McGuire expressed appreciation for the community support of the office upgrades.  New blinds for the windows were donated by Doug's Paint Shoppe.  Office chairs and a coffee table were donated by Innovation Credit Union.  We thank these local businesses for their contributions, stated McGuire.  Foundation staff, volunteers and visitors love the changes in our office space and thank PNHR and BUH personnel for their kind assistance in the upgrades.
