Shoppers Drug Mart Supports On Air for Healthcare Radio-thon

North Battleford, SK – BUH Foundation was pleased to receive a donation for their upcoming On Air for Healthcare Radio-thon which will be raising funds for the “Every Little Bit Counts” capital campaign. This fundraiser is in support of the new Ears, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgical equipment to replace thirty year old equipment. The On Air for Healthcare Radiothon will be held on Friday, May 12 at BUH’s main lobby to help raise the $380,000 required.
Shoppers Drug Mart held their annual Tree of Life Campaign in September, 2016 to raise support for women’s health. They were part of the 1,100 plus Shoppers Drug Mart stores across Canada helping to make a difference in women’s lives. The Tree of Life Campaign began in 2002 and has raised over $17million Canada wide.
BUH Foundation is grateful to Rosemarie Priddle, owner and manager of Shoppers Drug Mart, North Battleford, and all her dedicated staff, for making the Tree of Life campaign successful and thanks them for their generous donation. All the donations to this fundraiser will stay in The Battlefords.
