Elaine Blais, Regional Director of Laboratory Services for Prairie North Health Region presents a $2000.00 Roche Diagnostics Scholarship to North Battleford resident Alyssa Jullion, who will be completing the Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technology Program at SIAST in 2011.
